Healthy Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • x 2 Bananas (mashed)
  • x 2 Large eggs
  • 2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. Oat bran
  • 1 tsp. Xylitol
  • 125 g Grated mozzarella
  • 2 tsp. Honey

Method:

Mix Bananas, eggs, cinnamon, oat bran and Xylitol together.

Warm your pan, and make pancakes as big as you like, mine is always flapjack

size otherwise they tend to break easy when it is too big.

Fry on each side.

Dish up with Mozzarella over and drizzle honey on pancakes.

Warm up in microwave for cheese and honey to melt over pancakes.
