Easy Ginger Biscuits

  • 120 g Golden Syrup or Honey
  • 3 tsp. Ginger ( ground)
  • 250g Self Raising Flour
  • 120g Melted Margarine or Butter
  • 100g Castor Sugar


Mix all the ingredients together

Make the ginger biscuits any shape

Place on an oven tray

Remember to line tray with baking paper or margarine

Bake for 20min 180 degrees, until light brown
