- x 2 cups Doritos
- x 1 can tomato salsa
- x 1 Avo
- 125g baked beans
- 125g Cream cheese
- 200g cubed chicken
- 80g chopped bacon
- x 1 cup Mozzarella
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- Salt & Pepper
- 20ml olive oil or coconut oil
Fry your chicken cubes and chopped bacon in a pan.
Use an ovenproof bowl and first add your nacho chips for the bottom layer.
Add the Chicken and Bacon
Add Salsa and Beans
Drizzle the lemon juice over and add pinch of salt & pepper or any other seasoning you prefer.
Grate the Mozzarella cheese over the Nacho Bowl
Bake at 180 degrees for 10min until cheese melts, you can switch grill on for a few seconds if you want the cheese more crispy.
Lastly add the cream cheese and mashed avo over your nachos.
