  • 200 g Margarine
  • 500 g oats
  • 250 g Coconut
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate
  • 125 g Xylitol/Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Dates chopped
  • 1 tbsp Sultanas
  • 3 tbsp Honey/Syrup


Melt butter and Honey/syrup

Mix all the dry ingredients in

Remember to grease a baking tray

Flatten your mixture on baking tray

Bake at 180 degrees for 30 min.
