- 500 g Mince
- x 2 eggs
- x 2 slices bread / 125 g flour
- 4 tbsp. sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp. Steers Mustard
- Fresh Chives
- Fresh Coriander
- Spices of your choice, I like to use dried chilli flakes, black pepper corns and Ina Paarman Veggie spice for more flavour.
Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl.
Shape your patties the size you prefer
Let them stand for 30 minutes in the fridge to set, before frying them.
Serve with lovely fresh toppings of your choice for example caramelised onions, mushrooms, figs, feta, fresh rocket, gherkins, tomatoes, avocado or bacon.
For a healthier option you can serve the patties on a Rye roll like I did in my photo above.
